Ownership

The company will initially be privately owned by the founders, who bring extensive experience in finance, technology, and international business. As the company scales, we may seek additional equity investors to support our growth. These investors could include venture capital firms, angel investors, or strategic partners who share our vision and can contribute to our expansion.

Equity Structure:

• Founders: 70% ownership

• Early-Stage Investors: 20% ownership (to be allocated during Series A funding)

• Employee Stock Options: 10% ownership (reserved for key hires and incentives)
